1. Who we are

SystemBender Singapore Pte. Ltd. owns and operates useopsbridge.com, the product-family website for OpsBridge by SystemBender. It is the primary controller for personal information collected through this website and its walkthrough form.

Where an enquiry is routed to SystemBender Private Limited in India for relevant follow-up, the India entity is responsible for the personal information it receives and handles. Access to an authenticated OpsBridge environment and processing performed for a customer are governed by the applicable product or commercial agreement.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a walkthrough or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, company, optional role, product interest, request source and any workflow or decision you describe. Please do not include sensitive personal information, credentials or confidential customer data in the free-text field.

Form and website technical information

Formspree and the website host may receive technical request information such as IP address, browser type, access time, referring page and request or security logs. This information supports form delivery, security, reliability and abuse prevention.

Optional website measurement

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may receive device, browser, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed and interaction information. Names, email addresses, companies and free-text form contents must not be sent to analytics.

3. How we use information

• Respond to product enquiries, route requests and prepare relevant walkthroughs.
• Maintain a record of the request and agreed follow-up.
• Understand which product journeys and content are useful if measurement is enabled.
• Improve website reliability, accessibility and performance.
• Protect the website and investigate misuse.
• Meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to respond to a request you made, for SystemBender's legitimate interests in managing genuine business enquiries and operating a secure website, to meet legal obligations, or on the basis of consent where consent is required. A walkthrough request is not consent to unrelated marketing.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Service providers

Form submissions are accepted, stored and processed by Formspree for SystemBender. Formspree may also receive technical information used for form security and delivery, and its service uses technical infrastructure in the United States.

The production website is intended to be hosted through Microsoft Azure. The approved Inter and Syne font files are served locally by the website host. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics processes website measurement information for SystemBender. Advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled at initial launch.

These providers process information according to their own terms and SystemBender's configuration of their services. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where required, SystemBender uses contractual or other appropriate safeguards for international processing.

5. Retention

Product enquiries and walkthrough submissions are normally retained for up to two years from submission, unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship, legal obligation or dispute. Aggregated website measurement may be retained according to the configured analytics retention period.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, receive certain information in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection or privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

7. Cookies and measurement

The website stores your analytics preference in browser local storage so that the choice can be respected across pages. Google Analytics does not load or transmit measurement data unless you select “Accept analytics”. If you decline, the analytics tag remains blocked. You can review or change the choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer or the floating control on pages without a footer.

When enabled, analytics is used to understand aggregate visits and improve website and product journeys. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation, Google Signals and Google Ads linking remain disabled. Analytics events must use non-personal labels such as product, source placement and tour step. Names, email addresses, companies and free-text messages must not be included.

8. Security

SystemBender uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS, restricted access, security headers and controlled service-provider access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
