These terms govern access to and use of useopsbridge.com. Product access and commercial engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
1. Acceptance
SystemBender Singapore Pte. Ltd. owns and operates useopsbridge.com. By using the website, you agree to these website terms and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website purpose
This website provides information about the OpsBridge product family, product direction, security principles, product evidence and ways to contact SystemBender. It does not itself provide access to the production application, and these website terms do not govern an authenticated OpsBridge environment.
A walkthrough request or expression of interest does not create a subscription, licence, service commitment or other commercial agreement. Product access and customer-data processing require a separate written agreement with the relevant SystemBender entity.
3. Product status and roadmap information
OpsBridge is described as Live in Production. OpsBridge Talent and Advisr are Roadmap products. JD Reviewer is Roadmap — Phase 1. Roadmap descriptions explain intended direction and may change as products are developed, tested and introduced.
No roadmap statement is a promise that a capability will be delivered by a particular date. Product access, scope, support and service levels are defined only in an applicable subscription, licence, proposal or other written agreement.
4. Ownership
The website, its design, copy, graphics and product materials are owned by or licensed to SystemBender. OpsBridge and related product names, interfaces and materials may not be copied, republished, reverse-engineered or used to create a competing representation without written permission.
Viewing the interactive tour or product screenshots does not grant a licence to the underlying software.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or submit information you are not entitled to share.
6. External services and links
The website uses Formspree to process walkthrough requests and uses Google Analytics only when a visitor accepts optional analytics. It may also link to SystemBender or other third-party resources. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply responsibility for third-party content.
7. Availability and disclaimers
SystemBender aims to keep website information accurate and useful but does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Illustrative screenshots and tour figures are used to explain product workflows and do not represent a customer commitment.
Nothing on this website is legal, accounting, tax, employment or regulatory advice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SystemBender is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of or reliance on this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes arising solely from use of this public website.
A separate product or commercial agreement may specify a different governing law or dispute process and will take precedence for that engagement. SystemBender may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
